2002 Lexus LS430
This Lexus was extremely dirty, had a lot of clear coat etching, some clear coat failure, holograms, severe buffer marks, basically every paint defect you could think of. The car has been washed and machine polished several times by the dealership.
I took a lot of pictures of the car to show the condition it was in prior to starting. As you can see, it was very bad. Some of the before pictures have been sharpened so you can see the various paint defects.
These pictures show how dirty the car was and the various scratches in the paint.

The door handles were polished by hand which removed the light scratches and oxidation.

The plastic door pillars were machine polished.

The dealership had left polish residue in nearly every single crack and crevis.

The next series of pictures will show the various paint defects left by the dealership. These include holograms, swirl marks, and buffer marks which covered the entire car.

The wheels, tires, and wheel wells were thoroughly cleaned and brought back to like new condition.

The car was pre- soaked several times to help remove the dirt and any chemicals that were on the paint. Unfortunately, the paint required additional alcohol wipe downs to remove some remaining chemicals from the dealership.

The car was clayed to remove the remaining contaminants in the paint. As you can see, the paint was very dirty.

The next series of pictures will show you before and after pictures of what proper machine polishing can accomplish. All of the after pictures were taken after the paint had been cleaned with an alcohol wipe down.
The paint required a three step polishing process with compound. The after picture was taken after step one of the process. There was still two more steps to complete before the paint would be in near perfect condition.

Lastly, here is the final result of proper machine polishing.

Here are some of the tools which were used to clean the interior.
This is a dedicated interior cleaner which is safe for all interior surfaces. The interior cleaner was used with microfiber towels and several brushes so all areas could be reached.

These pictures show the interior cleaner at work.

There is not a single area that goes untouched. After cleaning all surfaces, they were protected using a matte, non- slick, anti- static protectant.

The entire car was thoroughly vacuumed.

All leather was cleaned using a dedicated leather cleaner and a soft foam sponge. After the cleaning process was completed, the leather was conditioned and a leather protectant was applied.

Here is a 50/ 50 shot of the drivers seat. The lower half has been cleaned while the upper half was still dirty.

Here you can actually see the amount of dirt which was coming off the back seats.

All glass was cleaned using a tint safe window cleaner with dedicated glass towels that don't leave lint. The windows were rolled down to get the very top part where a lot of dirt accumulates.

All carpet was spot treated, shampooed, and hot water extracted.

The interior carpet only had a couple stains which were taken care of.
