2007 Mustang GT
This Mustang was new, so the paint was fairly clean. However, it still had some minor swirl marks and scratches which needed to be polished out. This car got an exterior only detail with a two step polish, then was protected using a sealant.
The whole car was thoroughly inspected to make sure there was no left over polish or wax residue in the small crevices. 
The flakes were really popping out after the paint was properly polished and protected. 
The rims were cleaned with a pH balanced wheel cleaner. They were later protected with a sealant so dirt and brake dust rinses right off. The tires and wheel wells were degreased and scrubbed down, then received a water based dressing.
The tire dressing leaves a matte finish which is dry to the touch.
